SHIPPING

I am NOT responsible for lost packages for both International and USA orders shipped via USPS.

If your package is lost I am no longer responsible for packages once they have been dropped off at the post office.
You would need to file a claim with your local post office. If you live in an apartment building, you can check with your neighbors or leasing office to see if it was delivered to the wrong location.

 • Please make sure your shipping address is correct, I cannot change it once the label has been paid for and made. You will have to pay for a new label. 

• All items are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage 2-7 days, or USPS first class package international orders 1-6 weeks. 

• Tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. 

• If you order by USPS Letter mail for only stickers it will not offer tracking.
Letter mail can take 5+ days,
international letter mail can take 2 weeks or more. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL:

Any taxes and fees associated with customs in the buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility.

Please ensure you check your mailbox regularly. Signature is required for certain destinations/shipping methods, and if you are not in at the time of delivery, you will be notified by your local post office to pick up your mail or reschedule a delivery (depending on the services your post office provides). Please ensure to do so ASAP, as post offices only hold mail for 2-3 weeks before marking it as unclaimed and returning it to the sender. 

 

FOR PREORDER ITEMS:

• Refunds are not available for preorders

• It will take around 1 month for them to be manufactured after purchase. once I receive the finished product in my hands they will be ready to be shipped out :) I will keep you all updated when they will be shipped on my social medias, or you may contact me for any questions.

If your order has both preorder & non preorder items please keep in mind both in stock and preorder items will be shipped together. If you would like to receive your in stock items earlier, please place them in a separate order :)

RETURNS/ REFUNDS

• I don't offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If you believe I shipped a defective product, email me at [email protected] 

• You must send pictures of the damaged items within 5 days of receiving items to prevent fraudulent claims.

 • I am a small business owner and can't offer full refunds for lost or stolen items.
